With Advance Voting, any registered voter can vote by mail or in person before Election Day.  First download an advance voting application by clicking here: Advance voting application

• Complete the application and mail it to 911 SW 37TH STREET, TOPEKA, KANSAS 66611-2378 or fax it to (785) 266-0299.

• You can have your ballot mailed to you starting 20 days before the election.

• You may vote in person in the county election office 14 days before the election. Extended office hours to 8:00 pm occur prior to each election. The day before the election, advance voting ends at noon. Please check the calendar.

• All ballots must be received in the county election office by the close of polls (7:00 p.m.) on election day.
